Back of card — iOS makes links tappable
Every card also carries a “Create a Card” link + a “Powered by HelpLocal” credit at the bottom of the back — that's fixed, not something you edit here.
Drag files straight onto a box (iCloud photos must download first; iPhone HEIC won’t work — use JPG/PNG).
Square or circular both work. Cropping to a circle makes a solid square logo sit cleanly in the ring — untick it if your mark has a transparent background and you want it whole. It’s drawn small, so fine detail disappears. Earned stamps show it solid, the rest ghost it back.
Apple has no stamp feature — stamps are drawn
into the banner image, so this replaces the banner and hides your top-right photo. Upload a banner
below and the stamps are drawn on top of it; leave it empty for a plain background.
⚠ Keep your main field short or blank — Apple prints it in white across the stamps.
These two fields drive the Android preview only, laid out to match a real self-hosted Google Wallet reward card — a fixed headline, then a details row, then your Latest Notification message below it (the same field as the notification preview above). iPhone keeps using the Header/Primary fields above; the two platforms genuinely diverge here, this isn’t a shared layout.
Upload 1080×360px (WalletWallet's recommended strip size, 3:1).
⚠ Adding a banner hides your top-right photo, and Apple prints your main field on top of the banner in white text — so either keep that field short, or leave the left side of the image clear.
This is the pass’s organization name. It shows only on the notification, never on the card face. Leave it blank and your card title is used.
Upload 120×120px square. It displays small beside the notification, so keep it to a mark or monogram — detail and words disappear at that size. Leave blank and your logo is used, which usually looks wrong if the logo is wide.
Real messages are sent from Send Blast Message. This only fills in the preview above.
Adds a LATEST field as the first item on the front, carrying your most recent message. This matters most on Android: tapping a notification opens the card’s details, where every front field is listed above the back ones — so a message left on the back lands near the bottom. Front slots are short, so it’s shortened to about 34 characters; the full text always stays on the back. Apple allows four fields across that row, so on a full card the last one steps aside while a message is live.
Your own words — nothing is filled in for you, and you can include a name or anything else you'd say in person. Apple only; Android has no lock-screen greeting slot. Requires a business location on file — ask us to set yours up.
Leave blank and business cards use “Virtual Business Card”. (Apple's own default is just the word “Pass”.)
